We are the controller of personal data processed in connection with this website and our wholesale and retail operations.

2. What information we collect
We collect personal data only to the extent needed to operate our business and respond to enquiries.
If you contact us
- Name, email address, phone number and any information you choose to share in your message.
If you become a wholesale customer
- Business name and trading details, contact person, business address, VAT and registration numbers, billing and delivery information, beneficial-ownership disclosure where required for KYC.
If you visit this website
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. See our cookies notice for details.
3. Why we use it (purposes and legal basis)
- To respond to enquiries — legitimate interests in handling business correspondence and, where applicable, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
- To deliver products and services to wholesale customers — performance of a contract.
- To meet legal, accounting, tax and AML/sanctions obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.
- To protect the security of our website and systems — legitimate interests.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with parties who need it to provide the services you have asked for, or where we are required to do so by law:
- Hosting, email and IT service providers, acting as processors on our instructions;
- Couriers and logistics partners, where shipment of goods requires delivery information;
- Banks, payment providers and KYC/AML providers in connection with onboarding and payments;

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Where our service providers process personal data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on UK GDPR transfer mechanisms (UK adequacy regulations, the International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.
6. How long we keep it
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Wholesale records are retained for at least six years to meet statutory accounting and tax obligations. Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to two years.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: request access to your personal data; ask us to correct inaccurate data; request erasure where there is no good reason for us to continue processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; request restriction of processing; request portability of data you provided to us; withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
